We offer special, priority service to our Resellers to assist you in offering
the same fast, quality services to your customers. This, along with our full-featured
web hosting plans and our fast support, makes for a great business partnership no matter what size your company is.
Host Depot handles all domain registrations and provides technical support through you
for your clients. We do not communicate directly with your clients.
Resellers are responsible for providing administrative and technical support by e-mail and phone.
At no time will Host Depot ever contact a reseller's customer. Resellers can make
contact with Host Depot concerning any issues they are unable to address.
We encourage our Resellers to use our retail pricing but do not require this. You may resell
services at any price and offer any value-added services in addition to Host Depot offerings.
Resellers are responsible for billing and collecting payment from their customers.
