How long will it take to transfer my domain to my new web site?

For US .COM, .NET or .ORG domains, a transfer request is automatically generated When your order is completed. Once the listed contacts on your domain have approved the transfer, it takes approximately 48 hours for the domain transfer to complete. During the transition period, you will have access to your web site with the dedicated IP address that is provided when you order.
