Location: Coral Springs, FL
Shift/Hours: Full and Part-Time Weekday and Weekend Shifts

Qualified applicants will possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Education requirements include one of the following:
    • Bachelor Degree from a 4-year college or university
    • 1-2 years related experience or training
    • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Demonstrated communication skills for customer service
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000 networking
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft IIS web server configuration
  • Strong knowledge of Internet technologies including:
    • TCP/IP
    • HTML
    • Active Server Pages (ASP) and VBScript
    • FTP
    • DNS
    • E-mail protocols including SMTP, POP3 and IMAP4
    • JavaScript
  • Basic familiarity with popular e-mail packages including:
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Outlook Express
    • Netscape Messenger
  • Basic familiarity with popular web site development and database packages including:
    • Microsoft FrontPage
    • Microsoft Visual InterDev
    • Microsoft Access
    • Microsoft SQL Server
Responsibilities of this position include:
  • Answer incoming technical support phone calls from customers.
  • Answer incoming technical support e-mail messages from customers.
  • Research and troubleshoot customer technical support issues.
  • Provide customers with comprehensive answers to technical support questions.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to technical support issues.
  • Coordinate with Level I Technical Support Associates on support incidents which require further attention.
  • Occasionally gather information, recommend and author knowledge base articles and/or FAQ pages based on prior technical support incidents.
Additional Information:
  • Bi-lingual a plus (not required)
