Location: Coral Springs, FL
Shift/Hours: Full and Part-Time Weekday and Weekend Shifts

Qualified applicants will possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Good communication skills for customer service
  • Friendly and considerate attitude
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • Basic knowledge of the Internet
  • Basic knowledge of e-mail
Responsibilities of this position include:
  • Answer incoming technical support phone calls from customers.
  • Answer incoming technical support e-mail messages from customers.
  • Research and troubleshoot customer technical support issues.
  • Provide customers with comprehensive answers to technical support questions.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to technical support issues.
Additional Information:
  • Bi-lingual a plus (not required)
  • This position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on training in troubleshooting and problem-solving for one or more of the following Internet technologies:
    • HTML
    • FTP
    • E-mail protocols including SMTP, POP3 and IMAP4
    • Domain Registration
    • DNS
    • Microsoft Windows 2000 networking
    • Microsoft IIS web server configuration
    • Web site design and development
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Microsoft Access
    • Microsoft FrontPage
    • Microsoft Visual InterDev
    • Technical support and problem-solving skills
