Shift/Hours: Full-Time

Position Summary:
The senior account manager is responsible for prospecting and generating revenue through sales activities within the web hosting and related services arena; specifically the senior account manager will be providing consultative selling of shared web hosting, dedicated and co-location hosting services as well as web site design and promotional services. The senior account manager will need to develop and build sales pipelines, follow-up on inquiries and phone calls (inbound and outbound), qualify new leads and work closely with an experienced sales manager.

Experience within this web hosting industry is a key component (but not necessarily required) as this will help you bring value to the customers and up-selling customers to new services and solutions to suit their needs. We are looking for performers who can hunt, consult and close deals with integrity, ethics and morals intact.

Qualified applicants will possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, listening and phone presence.
  • Provide quality consultative customer sales functions via phone, email and chat.
  • Have a history of outstanding sales achievements.
  • Outstanding selling and closing skills.
  • Outstanding goal and objective setting skills.
  • High standard of excellence and integrity.
  • Solid computer skills and Internet savvy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Self directed and independent
  • Ability to multi task & prioritize (critical); an eye for details; solid quantitative & analytical skills
  • Collaborates with Management team on new products/services or enhancements to provide better service to customers.
  • Identifies opportunities for ways to improve/streamline processes and lobbies with various departments on ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness to better serve the customer.
  • Education: Four Year College Degree required.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends is a plus
Responsibilities of this position include:
  • Provides information to prospective customers about Web hosting and internet related solutions to proactively sell products and services.
  • Work in a quality focused, team environment.
  • Provides total customer support.
  • Takes inbound customer sales calls.
  • Makes outbound sales calls.
  • Respond to web related inquiries and provide sales assistance / quotes for services.
  • Identifies customer needs and sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales goals and objectives of the company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
  • Bi-lingual a plus (not required)
