Position Summary:
The account manager is responsible for prospecting and generating revenue through sales activities within the web hosting and related services arena; specifically the account manager will be providing consultative selling of shared web hosting, dedicated and co-location hosting services as well as web site design and promotional services. The account manager will need to develop and build sales pipelines, follow-up on inquiries and phone calls (inbound and outbound), qualify new leads and work closely with an experienced sales manager.

Experience within the hosting industry is key, but not required, as this will help you to understand the customers needs and allow you to provide solutions to suit their needs. We are looking for individuals who can close deals with integrity.

• Collaborates with Management team on new products/services or enhancements.
• Identifies opportunities for ways to better serve the customer.
• Education: High school or equivalent (College degree is a plus).
• Able to work evenings and weekends is a plus.

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Identifies customer needs and sales opportunities.
