Qualified applicants will possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Education requirements include one of the following:
  
  • Bachelor Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 1-2 years related experience or training
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Demonstrated communication skills
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of development technologies including:
  • .Net with C#
  • Active Server Pages (Classic ASP) and VBScript
  • Flash
  • HTML
  • JavaScript
  • SQL Server with stored procedures
  • Visual Basic
• Basic familiarity with popular web site development and database packages including:
  • Adobe PhotoShop
  • Macromedia Dreamweaver
  • Macromedia Flash
  • Microsoft Access
  • Microsoft FrontPage
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Microsoft Visual InterDev
  • Microsoft Visual Studio .Net

• Development of web sites
• Database design and architecture
• Project time tracking and reporting

• Bi-lingual a plus (not required)
